Power Line Hires Hitting and Catching Coach

SAN DIEGO, California (December 10, 2012) – Power Line Consulting is pleased to announce the hiring of its newest staff member, hitting and catching coach Erin Floros.

San Diego State: One of the top players on the West Coast ... An All-American candidate ... Two-year captain who leads by example ... A hard worker ... Possesses a strong arm ... A gap hitter who can also hit for power ... A scholar-athlete.

High School: A four-year letter winner at Mt. Carmel High School ... Was named first team all-CIF in 2004 and 2005 ... Earned the 2004 Avocado League Player of the  Year award ... Was chosen as an all-Avocado League first team performer in 2004 and 2005 ... Named to the second team in 2002 and 2003 ... Selected to the all-CIF second team in 2003 .. .Hit .440 in 2004 and drove in 23 runs ... Batted .357 with 22 RBI as a sophomore ... Played for the San Diego Renegades club team and coach Tom Peronto from 2000-04, before joining the So Cal Breakers in 2004-05.

Personal: Erin Elizabeth Floros was born Feb. 26, 1987, in San Diego, Calif. ... Daughter of Melinda and Joel Floros ... Majored in kinesiology with an emphasis in fitness nutrition and health…December of 2012 Erin will graduate with her Masters in Nursing from Concordia University.

Erin will be offering lessons Thursday the 6th, Tuesday and Wednesday the 11th and 12th, and Tuesday and Wednesday the 18th and 19th of December.  In January, once she moves back to San Diego from Orange County, she will be offering a fuller schedule.
