    The staff at Power Line is so proud of all our athletes' success. Power Line athletes represent us proudly all over the country. We are taking our recruiting program to the next level with the addition of Michelle Hawkins to our staff. She is Power Line's full-time recruiting coordinator offering college coach connections, college-bound athlete advising, life skill workshops, and recruiting seminars. If you plan on following the path of many other successful Power Line college athletes, make sure to take advantage of the recruiting services Michelle Hawkins has to offer!

  • College Recruiting Workshop

    College Recruiting Workshop!
    June 30th 6-7:30 pm

    Power Line Consulting College Bound Services presents an informative and interactive workshop for players to learn more about the college recruiting process.

    • Learn how to identify the best schools for you.
    • Be sure you are on track, academically and athletically, to compete at the next level.
    • Understand the recruiting rules and college coaches are bound by and the guidelines for each year you are in high school.
    • Find out how to explore scholarship opportunities and financial aid options for you and your family.
    • Get comfortable talking about your college playing ambitions and how to best market yourself this summer.
    • Bring a copy of your high school transcript or a list of all courses taken in high school so far and the grades earned. If you haven't started high school, you will still be able to participate.

    Cost is $25

  • Power Line Welcomes Jenn Salling!

    Power Line is pleased to announce the addition of Jenn Salling to our full time staff!

    Jenn attended Oregon her freshman year and was one of the top 10 finalists for the USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year, the only freshman to be named a finalist. During her freshman year she was also named First-Team All-American after finishing in the top-10 of the NCAA in batting average (second). She attended University of Washington from her sophomore on and graduated in 2011. She was named First-Team NFCA/ Louisville Slugger All American, as well as the All-Pac 10 Team 3 times. In 2009 Salling was named Pac 10 Newcomer of the Year and in 2011 the Defensive Player of the Year. She was named a Top 25 Finalist for Player of the Year in both her 2010 and 2011 season. Jenn left UW with a .342 career batting average, 97 walks, a 9th best .543 slugging percentage, and a 5th best on-base percentage with .474.

    Jenn Salling played for the Canadian National Team and won a Bronze Medal at the World Championships in 2010, Bronze at the World Cup in 2009, and Silver at the Canada Cup in 2009. She also played in the 2008 Summer Olympics for Canada with Danielle Lawrie where she was the starting shortstop and batted clean up in all of Canada’s Olympic contests.

    Jenn Salling was the 3rd overall draft pick of the USSSA Florida Pride in the 1st round of the 2011 NPF Draft and in 2013 had a .305 batting average and 10 RBI’s. Because Jen is still in her NPF season, she will move to San Diego and begin work with our athletes in September or October.

    For Power Line, Jenn will coach advanced hitters and slappers, and middle infield play.

  • Celebrate 5 Years of Power Line Consulting

    Five years ago Power Line Consulting was founded with the dream of providing an empowering environment for young female athletes, and we will celebrate our FIVE-YEAR ANNIVERSARY throughout the fall with special guests and fun events!

    With Hall of Fame coach and renowned motivator Sue Enquist kicking off the week as Keynote Speaker of Sunday's Open House, All-Skills and Advanced Camps being coached by our Power Line All-Stars, our first ever Alumni Game showcasing some of San Diego's finest, and seizing the opportunity to FIGHT BACK against cancer at the San Diego Downtown Relay for Life, we are honored to provide this exclusive opportunity for you to celebrate with us.
