Vision Statement and Pillars

The Power Line vision is to provide an environment within which female athletes are inspired to excel. In order to mentor young softball athletes and to effectively assist them through the college recruiting process, we have developed a number of pillars on which this vision is held: be determined, exude strength, strive to achieve, positively represent, expand awareness, practice "game day", make no excuses, and seek to inspire.

Our coaching staff at Power Line believes softball is based on fundamental skills combined with mental strength. When we perfect both the skills and the mental game in our athletes that is when we see softball played at the highest level. Our coaching staff has all played and coached at top 25 level Division 1 colleges, so we are aware and experienced in the tools and techniques that are most useful for development.

We have high expectations for the results we garner. In order to reach this advanced level of play, our athletes must train their muscle memory consistently. We structure our sessions around this philosophy, making sure we focus on all aspects of the game in a progression that is based around circuit training. We expect that with practice and consistency the athletes will make leaps of improvement.
