Power Line Drill Corner – Pitching – Two Knee Drill

The Two Knee Drill puts pitchers on both knees to work on proper arm circle and hand rotation throughout the pitch. The knees should be close together to increase difficulty in maintaining balance. This ensures proper hand rotation in the arm circle to keep the pitcher upright. This is a great drill to work a young pitcher into proper form or a more mature pitcher into sharper wrist flex for increased snap and speed. This drill should be completed from 3/4 distance to about full distance per the age of the pitcher. Enjoy!
